Giridhar Patnaik - Managing Director Mr. Giridhar Patnaik is a M.Tech in computer science from University of Hyderabad and a B.Tech from Andhra University. He carries with him, over a decade of experience in wide range of technologies in the areas of embedded systems and solutions development. His association includes St.Jude Medical, Agilent Technologies, Cirrus Logic Inc and CMC Limited India. Mr.Patnaik has worked for major projects involving an exhaustive study of embedded technology in bio-medical devices & automated test equipment, enabling considerable performance enhancement and implementation. He specializes in architecting & development of complex systems and has extensive knowledge of real time operating environments, Intel and TI processors. His vision for the organization is to develop a world class product range with open system architecture for building & home automation. Umadhar Patnaik - Consultant (Technologies R&D) Mr. Umadhar Patnaik is a doctorate from University of Toledo, Ohio. His area of interest includes algorithm design for encryption & decryption methodologies, digital signal processing as applicable to digital audio streaming. He has worked extensively on mathematical modeling of dynamics systems and is currently engaged in a research activity aimed at producing a implementation methodology for the same V.Prasad - Director He has over a decade of experience in the IT office Automation, Software project management and has successfully handled projects in the embedded systems domains. He was given the best employee award in all the three organizations he has served before. Mr.Narashima Rao - Director Human Resources Mr.Narashima is a post-graduate from Andhra University in business administration. He has contributed to the development of product named CLAP (short for Computerized Leave Accounting Package) and is designed at reducing the time and cost of maintaining the leave registers in typical government organizations in India. He carries with him over a decade of experience in handling HR related issues in central government and related research organizations. His vision for the company is to formulate a working group that can contribute to implementation of e-governance applications. Vijay Kumar (Embedded Software Development) He possesses both development and managerial skills in handling embedded projects. He is good at Project planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation. He has vision for taking Sankalp to heights in the area of home automation. To start with his vision, he developed a proprietary KERNEL, named SANOS. He has many embedded projects to his credit handled from scratch like project planning to post-project support. Wajahath Ali Siddiqui - Hardware Architect His areas of interests in hardware designs for RF, mobile computing, process automation, Digital signal processing. Has 10 years of experience in design and architecting of intelligent systems. Malleshwar -Testing Has 8+ yrs of experience in testing various real time systems. Has good command over RTOS and DSP areas.
